Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be requested for eligible orders. To be eligible, the item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Custom-made frames or personalized products may not be eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7 – 10 days .
Return Shipping: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or non-defective reasons, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
